Kingsville, Ontario is one of those places that makes you wonder, “Why haven’t I been here before?” If you have, welcome back! As Canada’s “most southern town,” Kingsville boasts some fantastic perks—milder temperatures, fresh local produce year-round, and the stunning Lake Erie as your backdrop. Just under an hour from Windsor and a couple of hours from Toronto, Kingsville is the perfect spot for a night or two (or more!). Whether you’re exploring the EPIC Wine Route, soaking up the retro vibes at The Grove Motel, or savoring a coffee at JOE. Hot+Cold, Kingsville promises a delightful escape.

The Goose Kitchen (formerly known as Jack’s Gastropub)

You can’t go wrong with this place – well-known and established in our community, they bring you a great restaurant and brewery with amazing offerings. Enjoy locally sourced and creative dishes, paired with craft cocktails or a pint of their craft beer.

This place is FUN for the whole family! From their chicken and waffles to the mini donuts, everyone will be happy dancin’! Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and exciting drink specials. Not to mention their incredible patio with views of Lake Erie. 

Mettawas Station Italian Mediterranean Grill 

This beautifully restored historic train station provides a wonderful fine dining atmosphere, with a beautiful patio to boot. We highly recommend the arancini, clams, and any of the homemade cheesecake of the month!

This beach is the best kept secret in the area – much less busy than the other beaches. Equipped with washrooms, playground, and new for June 2023, a MOBI mat for easy mobility access! The views of Lake Erie are picture-worthy! They will also be having fun “Play at the Beach” days on June 16th & 30th from 2pm-4pm. Kids, or any treasure-hunting fan can dig up gems, bones, gold, and build the biggest sandcastle!

Colchester Beach 

This beach area has it all…not to mention it is walking distance to our new MOTEL being built (est. opening Aug 23). Pirate playground, splashpad, washrooms, concession stand, and a beach volleyball court. This is the place to be if you want to have fun in the sun!
